At Survature, the privacy of your personal information is very important to us.

The information we collect
When you register for an account with survature.com, we collect basic account information such as your name and email address. If you decide to upgrade to a paid account, then we will collect information related to payment. Your contact and payment information are personal information that we will not share with third parties.

For example, our website uses Google Analytics to help us understand statistical information about the use of our website and to improve our products and services. We will seek your consent if we need to use your information to diagnose technical problems and to improve the quality and types of services. We reserve the right to use and share non-identifiable and aggregated usage and statistical information.
Government and law enforcement agencies

Data collected from your surveys
If you have a paid account, any data collected from your surveys belong to you and we will not share it with third parties. If you have a free account, we reserve the right to share any non-personally identifiable and aggregated information to third parties.
Online help, chats, and forums
If you report a bug or have questions about the product and you use any of the public forums, you are consenting to making this information available to the public.
